Wow Your Friends with These Cupcakes

Feeling bested by the bigger and better cupcakes your friends bring to every party?

Knock them out at the next event with cupcakes baked in the Surprise Pan from Chicago Metallic. Get creative and hide a chocolate truffle, a peanut butter cup or a maraschino cherry in the middle of each treat.

Or, go the savory route and bake a bite of cheese into your favorite muffins or dinner roll.

Each muffin cup has a metal post to hold the filling in place. Slide a cupcake liner over the nonstick spike, press the surprise filling into place, then pour the batter and bake.

Decorate your cupcakes as usual, and watch your friends' eyes light up as they bite in and discover the cookie dough or strawberry you hid in the middle.

They'll be crowning you Queen of the Cupcakes soon enough.

slip A sweet surprise into your next batch of cupcakes with the Surprise Pan from Chicago Metallic.
