This Week on SE:NY A Midnight Food Tour of Queens with Jeff Orlick: The 3+ mile stretch of Roosevelt Avenue in Queens between Sunnyside and Flushing is home to some of the best food you can eat in New York, plenty of it right there on the street. You may need a guide to get the most out of your food crawl under the 7 train; English comes and goes in Queens, and there are plenty of mediocre food options among the exceptional. We Chat With Chef Susur Lee: It's easy to see that Chef Lee truly enjoys the personal aspect of creating food, using it as a tool to connect with other people and cultures. Though he's based out of Toronto and his New York restaurant, Shang, is now closed, Chef Lee will be cooking at the Lucky Rice Festival in May, and we couldn't resist the chance to talk with him.
