Love This Dessert!
Raspberry Ribbon Mousse Bars

Raspberry Ribbon Mousse Bars

Whipped cream serves as a stand-in for egg whites to lighten these ultracreamy mousse bars. Their pale color is beautifully contrasted with a glistening swirl of raspberry preserves.

1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs*
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 (12-oz.) pkg. white baking chips
1 cup heavy whipping cream, divided
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup seedless raspberry preserves**
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
