Chelsea Market, Dickson's Farmstead Meats, and The Cleaver Company come together to sponsor this second annual celebration of chili, beer, and sustainable eating. Guests will enjoy 20 takes on chili from some of NYC's best restaurants and chefs ranging from Cookshop to last year's winner, Northern Spy Food Co. Amy's Bread will provide cornbread while Lucy's Whey is set to showcase a selection of farmstead cheeses.
